By investing in peer leadership, we’re cultivating a network of local leaders whose lived experience, skills, and relationships anchor recovery in the community itself. This creates a self-sustaining ecosystem of support that isn’t dependent on grants, clinics, or institutions, but is powered by genuine community ownership and connection.
